Successful participation in the survey on AI and environment
We are speechless!
More than 1,500 people have shared their vision on the future of a more sustainable Artificial Intelligence by participating in the questionnaire launched by the INDITEX UDC Chair of AI in Green Algorithms.
For almost two months, we promoted an initiative to collect perceptions, knowledge and concerns about the impacts of AI-based technologies (environmental, social,…). And the result has exceeded all our expectations: a massive, diverse and nuanced response.
How do citizens perceive the relationship between AI and sustainability?
To what extent do we understand what is behind these technologies?
And what criteria should we take into account when developing and using them?
A full report with all the data, analysis and conclusions will be published on our website in the coming weeks. But we can already anticipate that the results paint a picture that is as revealing as it is necessary.
We have selected some key data to share in this post as a preview. Data that surprise, challenge and -we believe- invite us to think about the direction we want to take as a society.
