Conference by Iago Suárez "A Journey Through Efficient Computer Vision"

The INDITEX UDC Chair in AI for Green Algorithms is launching the second edition of its lecture series “Green Convergence: AI for a Sustainable Future”.

The series will kick off with a lecture by Iago Suárez, PhD, a computer engineer and doctor of AI, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, as well as a track record as a technology entrepreneur.

His talk, entitled “A Journey Through Efficiency in Computer Vision”, will explore the evolution of AI and computer vision, from CPU-based algorithms to highly parallel methods based on GPUs and NPUs. It will be a talk with a practical focus.
